1. Administrative Assistant - Payroll & Reception
Dauphin Recreation Services is looking for a detail-orientated and friendly Administrative Assistant to support our front office and finance team. This role handles payroll, reception, accounting support, and general administration to help deliver exceptional community recreation services. 

Key Responsibilities:
 - Process payroll and track vacation, sick time and benefits
 - Manage accounts payable/receivable, deposits, and reconciliations
 - Provide front desk coverage and excellent customer service
 - Prepare agendas and minutes for board meetings
 - Maintain organized financial and administrative records

Qualifications:
 - Grade 12 (post-secondary in business/accounting preferred) 
 - Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, accounting software)
 - Experience will payroll and general accounting duties
 - Excellent communication and time management skills
 - Able to work independently and with the public
 - Valid driver's license and clear background checks required.

2. Finance/ HR Manager
Dauphin Recreation Services is looking for a detail-orientated, collaborative accounting professional to join our team in June. Pension and health insurance benefits are offered. This position reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager of Dauphin Recreation Services and is responsible for the operation of all finance and HR systems.

Qualifications:
 - University degree or community college diploma
 - Five years previous experience, preferably with a non-profit or municipal organization
 - Special consideration for applications enrolled in or in position of an accounting designation 

3. Head Lifeguard
Dauphin Recreation Services is seeking a Head Lifeguard to lead aquatic safety and programming at the Kin Aquatic Centre. This full-time position includes supervising staff, coordinating training and schedules, maintaining safety standards, and supporting pool operations and recreation programs.

Qualifications:
 - National Lifeguard Services (NLS)
 - Standard First Aid & CPR-C
 - Swim for Life Instructor
 - Leadership and supervisory experience
 - Evenings/weekends required
 - Criminal Record & Child Abuse Registry checks
 
Assets:
 - LSI, NLS Instructor, Aqua Fitness, 4+ years experience.

4. Grass Cutter (May 20th - August 29th)

Duties will include: cutting grass and other duties as assigned. The successful candidates must be willing to work outdoors and be self-motivated.

Position is full-time, starting May 20th and ending August 29th, 2025.
 - 5 days a week, Monday - Friday with the occasional weekend shift.
 - 37.5 hours per week
 - Wages will be $16.46 per hour
 - Applications must be between the ages of 15 and 29
