Dauphin Recreation Services is a vibrant and welcoming center dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and community engagement. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic, certified Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead energizing and safe aquatic fitness classes for a diverse group of participants.
Job Description:
As our Aqua Fitness Instructor, you will:

Design and lead fun, effective aqua fitness classes for various fitness levels.

Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Provide instruction on proper techniques to prevent injuries.

Collaborate with other fitness team members to promote classes and improve programs.
Requirements:

Experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in an aquatic setting.

Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional fitness certifications (e.g., Group Fitness, Personal Training).

Experience working in a recreation center, gym, or senior facility.

Knowledge of aquatic safety protocols.
