Babysitting Course - August 2026
Dauphin Recreation Services will be offering a Babysitting Course on Thursday, August 27th at the Parkland Recreation Complex.
The course will run from 9:30am to 3:30pm with a break from lunch. Please back a bagged lunch.
Cost: $85, manual included
Participants must be 12 years old by December 1st, 2026.
Deadline to register is Thursday, August 20th.
Babysitting is a job with significant responsibility and the Babysitting Course helps prospective babysitters learn the skills they need. This course teaches the new babysitter the necessary skills to provide care to children in a variety of situations. The course emphasizes safety rules, responding to emergencies, and developing leadership skills.
