Adult Swimming Lessons

Dauphin Recreation Services will be offering ADULT Swimming Lessons this September.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
6 classes: September 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st, 26th & 28th
8:00 - 9:00pm @ the Kin Aquatic Centre
Cost: $95/person

There will be instruction followed by time in the hot tub.

Whether you're starting out or want help with your strokes, we want to help YOU improve your swim skills.
Set your own goals. Work with certified instructors to learn to swim or improve your current swimming ability and water fitness.

You won't be going to the Olympics but you'll develop water confidence and smooth, recognizable strokes - good enough for lane swimming and fit enough for the beach!
